Westwood Volleyball visits the "Leg"

On November 21, 2013 MLA for Kirkfield Park Sharon Blady presented the Westwood Warriors varsity boys and girls volleyball teams with a members statement for their outstanding performance so far this season.  Sharon is pictured with Minster of Education James Allum and athletes and coaches of both teams.

Reminder National Jersey Day!

The St. James School Division will be celebrating National Jersey Day on November 28th 2013. The school with a picture showing the most jerseys worn based on the population of their school will win this fully autographed Winnipeg Jets jersey.

Congratulations to the John Taylor JV Boys on winning the West Winnipeg Athletic Conference championship last night in a thrilling 5 set victory over St. Pauls. Congratulations also to the Vincent Massey JV Girls who defeated St. Marys Academy in 5 sets. Fort Richmond JV Boys and JV Girls both took home bronze.
